Growing up with social media has shaped my creative thinking and sharpened my ability to understand audience needs. I've managed social accounts for higher education and small businesses, where I've contributed to brainstorming, content creation, editing, posting, and data analysis to drive engagement.

From roles in customer service, teaching, administration, and marketing, I've learned that problem solving is a core element of any business. While avoiding problems is ideal, it's rarely realistic. I enjoy anticipating potential challenges in projects and using research to explore solutions and improve outcomes.
